  Im not sure that the management or council realise just how tricky it is to pile children out of the car in expectation a swim only to get TO THE DOOR and read a small sign that says the pool is closed today. Seriously? AT LEAST put the sign where it is visible from the car park so we don’t have to take ALL of the swimming gear out of the car, unstrap the children, walk to the door only to find we can’t take a swim. This is not the first time this has happened and shows no understanding of the amount of effort people make to go swimming. Unimpressed!

  Our family thoroughly enjoy Aquahub, unlike some of the other public pools in the area it tends to stay fairly quiet. There's a great warm water pool for young kids as well as one for older kids/ adults. The staff are very friendly and helpful also

  Great place, 2 sections just for kids, with water dropper and fountain.
  Has a physio area and sauna.
  Wish there was more public pool space for the big kids/adults, but otherwise a fantastic place.

  Good warm water hydro pool and an excellent spa.
  a decent cold pool albeit on the small side. The facilities are decent enough mostly.
  The sauna is rather poor, small cramped triangular shaped room, with a massive window on it which seems to let most of the heat out and makes it far too bright to really relax in. not even close to hot enough in there to really break a sweat either.

  The gym is never crowded every time I visit and one can exercise in relative peace. Well, I visit around 1800 so perhaps it'll be a lot quieter then.

  Disappointing experience. Came with one older child and a toddler. Wanted to buy bottle of water as I forgot their bottles at home. I asked reception if they had bottles of water they said you can buy from vending machine. The vending machine did not work and it took my money. I advised reception of this. Instead of assisting or offering a cup of water they made me purchase a $10 water bottle then told me to fill it up with the drinking tap that everyone puts their mouth around! What in the world!!! It was ridiculous! I just can’t believe the poor customer service- you were not busy you could have gotten a plastic cup and filled it up for us. Or even offered to fill it up in your break room. Will never come back. This was on the 16th of November FYI- if you decide to induct your staff on customer service and not behaving like an unhelpful robot.

  A beautifully maintained, family-friendly centre. We frequent the toddler pools mostly; and the amenities are clean and accessible. The pools are a good size and vary in depth. They have fun water features that do the trick for the little ones, albeit that they're pretty simple. The indoor lap pool looks great too and not overly busy at the times we go (mid-mornings). We haven't seen much of their outdoor facilities to make comment. Lovely staff and lifeguards. I recommend to all.

  Great Local facilities. We're very lucky to have facilities like these in Croydon. Perhaps could do with being open a bit longer and getting to the gym is like finding your way through a maze - at least to begin with.
