  if you are going to charge $30 a bottle for your sparkling wine, I would expect better service from behind the bar. Yes it was a busy night but I was the only one standing at the bar and it was a mess with spillages and sticky... on speaking to one of the waitresses just letting her know in a polite manner she chose to ignore me twice and then was a smart mouth back to me..... If I am paying that much for a bottle then I would expect better cusomter service... pity you have changed your menu too bring back the lamb salad. I can't believe I paid extra 3 dollars for chicken in the casear salad and it was shredded or I don't know if I would even say that, I could not even find it in the meal. Use chicken strips and when a customer requests their yolk to be hard that is usually what it means not to serve a runny one!!!
