  Hello David, thank you for your review, we have been in Business for over 25 Years,
  we have over 5000 Clients and complete over 50,000 jobs - we will do better next time,
  however you did not place an order with us and we did not provide an invoice, we quoted the work
  based on the information provided at the time by you, so not too sure on what your concerns are,
  I would kindly suggest next time write your review and provide all the information to the readers so
  they are informed in a proper and honest manner .

  After proceeding with a quote I received by email, I received an invoice for $190 above the quoted price. Apparently the images I supplied "had to be worked"- never was I informed or contacted there was any issue, and never was I told of additional fees. The quote that was emailed to me even stated "includes artwork and gst". Very misleading and dishonest and no show of loyalty to a customer of almost 10 years.
